At the centre: the ingredients and the flavour. Classics such as our Bouillabaisse Signature №1 and the 24-hour braised beef cheek are with us all year — the menu itself changes every four to six weeks, with whatever the season is bringing.
Lunch brings two worlds under one roof: the Bistrot lunch menu — focused, changing, clearly priced — and in parallel the Little Möbius menu, a compact version of our evening signature.
