The möbius in the evening.

The evening menu shows our signature most fully: pure, focused, to the point. À la carte or as a guided tasting menu — four, five or six courses, served by table.

At the centre: the ingredients and the flavour. Classics such as our Bouillabaisse Signature №1 and the 24-hour braised beef cheek are with us all year — the menu itself changes every four to six weeks, with whatever the season is bringing.

Lunch at möbius.

Lunch brings two worlds under one roof: the Bistrot lunch menu — focused, changing, clearly priced — and in parallel the Little Möbius menu, a compact version of our evening signature.

The lunch menu changes every week with whatever the market and the season bring.

Three mains, one soup, one salad — ready for pickup at lunchtime. The same standard as in the restaurant, simply reheated in your kitchen and enjoyed at your own table.

The takeaway menu changes every week in parallel with the lunch menu in the restaurant.
