Dinner menu

möbius in the evening.

The dinner menu shows our signature at its fullest: pared back, considered, to the point. À la carte or as a guided tasting menu — four, five or six courses, served by the table.

At the heart of it: the produce and the flavour. Classics such as our Bouillabaisse Signature №1 and the 24-hour ox cheek stay with us all year — the rest of the menu turns every four to six weeks, in step with what the season is offering.

Two worlds under one roof at midday: the Bistrot lunch menu — direct, ever-changing, clearly priced — and alongside it the Little Möbius menu, a compact reading of our evening signature.

The lunch menu turns each week, with whatever the market and the season are bringing.
