Our cooking is pared back, considered and to the point. The produce, the flavour and the guest stay at the heart of everything. Tommy R. Möbius cooks himself for some eighteen guests each evening — no detours, no flourishes. Only what belongs reaches the plate.

Since 2011 we have been side by side, day after day, sharing one passion above all: the pleasure of exceptional produce. Through our daily work we hope to draw out in you the same curiosity, the same delight, the same fascination we feel ourselves when it comes to good food.
