The Studio is a private room set right beside the möbius restaurant — with its own entrance through the small foyer of a former bank branch. Inside you’ll find a generous open kitchen and one long, communal table.
A space you may book for an occasion or simply hire as a room. For groups of up to fourteen, we shape the setting around precisely what you have in mind.
The Studio is where private and corporate occasions find their personal setting. Whether it is a family gathering, a birthday, an anniversary, a company evening or a Christmas dinner — for that day, the room is yours alone, and your guests’.
Together we shape menu, drinks and atmosphere for an evening that feels like a private home kitchen — held by the rigour of a fine dining restaurant.
In the Studio we offer two formats that open the kitchen to you: cookery classes and live-cooking evenings.
In our cookery classes, you cook hands-on alongside Tommy R. Möbius, prepare each course together, and then sit down to enjoy the menu at the table.
At our live-cooking evenings, Tommy cooks for you and your guests while you watch, ask questions and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
Both formats suit private groups and smaller corporate occasions equally well, and we tailor each one to the occasion and the size of the party.
The Studio can also be hired purely as a private meeting room in Schwetzingen, without a menu attached. If you are looking for a refined meeting space by the hour — for confidential conversations, smaller meetings or focused work in a close circle — the Studio offers exactly the right setting.
On request we can complement your time in the Studio with drinks, a coffee break or light refreshments — nothing of it is required. In this way you marry the advantages of a professional meeting room with the particular feel of our home kitchen.
All prices include VAT. Espresso from the machine and Wi-Fi are included in every booking.
Full-day meeting package (catering, coffee breaks, lunch) available on request. Drinks from the fridge are billed by consumption. Audio-visual equipment on request.
