A PUR menu that brings summer to the sea — fish and the finest from the water, composed across five acts.

On this Saturday evening the table belongs entirely to the sea. From a tartare of zander to stuffed sepia and turbot from Brittany, our PUR menu leads you through five courses full of clarity, spice and summery ease.
