On All Saints’ Day we open the goose season at möbius — with our great goose dinner.
A festive menu with all the splendour of the traditional Martinmas goose: from a fine terrine and a consommé double to breast and leg of organic pasture-raised goose from Austria’s Mostviertel, with original Thuringian dumplings, red cabbage and caramelised chestnuts. Classic German cooking — with the möbius signature.
Lunch at 12 noon or dinner at 6 pm, whichever you prefer. We kindly ask you to book early.
