On our Wednesday and Thursday evenings we devote ourselves to spring’s noblest vegetable.

Alongside the à la carte menu, we serve a refined asparagus menu that shows the full range of this very special seasonal ingredient. Whether classic with hollandaise, as a refined starter, or in a surprising combination — let the möbius kitchen take you into the most beautiful time of the year.
